Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms set out the rules for using Agreed. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agreed at getagreed.app, a service operated by KealyTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14767982), registered office 63 Kingsdown Parade, Bristol BS6 5UG ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Agreed helps groups decide together by swiping through lists and surfacing what everyone likes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
  • Upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal, hateful, or obscene.
  • Disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Misuse other people's personal information shared within a session.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the lists and other content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you create and share, and you confirm you have the rights to it.

6. AI-generated content

Some lists are generated with AI from your prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and is provided for convenience only — it is not professional advice. Check anything important before relying on it.

7. Using Agreed through an AI assistant

You can use Agreed from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Options the assistant suggests are AI-generated content, covered by the section above, and these Terms apply to rooms it sets up as to any other. Anyone with a room's invite link can join it, so share it only with the people deciding. The host link is for you alone. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.

8. Third-party content and links

The service may show information, images, and links from third parties (such as venue photos or film posters). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

9. Affiliate links

Some links to a group's agreed option are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you book or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only ever attach these to the option a group has already chosen — affiliate relationships never influence which options are shown or how a group's preferences are matched. We are not responsible for the products, services, or terms of the partners these links lead to.

10. Paid features

Some features draw on an AI usage allowance, which you can extend with a one-time top-up purchase. Where we offer paid features, the price and what you get are shown before you buy (see our Pricing page). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our reseller and merchant of record, who will appear on your statement; their buyer terms also apply to the transaction.

Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which does not affect any statutory rights you have.

11. Intellectual property

The Agreed name, logo, and the software behind the service are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or where we reasonably need to. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
